Janet’s background is in Community Recreation, Sports Management, and Health Promotion — which means she has spent her career thinking about what makes people thrive together, not just individually.
She first encountered Click! Colours while working as a Team Building Host with TeamLinq. She watched a workshop unfold and was struck by how quickly people recognised themselves — and each other. She took the tool home, tried it with her family, and used it in her community work. The impact was immediate.
That experience led her to complete the Facilitator Accreditation with Click! Colours Australia. In 2026, she began offering workshops to her Abundant Laughter clients — a natural complement to her Laughter Yoga practice, which is also aligned with the connection between relationships, joy, and wellbeing.
She’s fascinated by positive psychology and has a natural instinct to help people understand each other better. Her workshops are inspiring, engaging and authentic.
